New Haven Pizza Truck, Author at Florida Food Trucks

New Haven Pizza Truck LLC (NHPT) is a mobile wood-fired pizzeria dedicated to bringing authentic Neapolitan-style pizza directly to communities across Florida. Built around a traditional commercial wood-fired oven, NHPT prepares fresh, handcrafted pizzas on site, delivering the unmistakable aroma, flavor, and experience of true wood-fired cooking. Founded with a passion for quality food and hospitality, NHPT was created to bring people together through great pizza and memorable events. The striking pizza trailer serves as both a kitchen and a centerpiece, where guests can watch their pizzas being prepared and baked in minutes inside the blazing oven. NHPT specializes in festivals, farmers markets, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, sports events, and community markets. With a focus on original recipes, fresh ingredients, and fast, friendly service, New Haven Pizza Truck offers a unique culinary experience that combines old-world tradition with modern mobility.
