All Fired Up Concessions is a family owned business, that took their catering skills and opened up a mobile food trailer. We feature a specialty plate called “All Fired Up Plate” our version of a Rochester NY culinary creation. With an amazing mixture of flavors, our plate Includes a hamburger and hotdog on top of a selection of 2 choices of either macaroni salad, beans or seasoned home fries . Topped with a meat hot sauce made from spices and slowly simmered ground beef, Additional topping of diced onions and mustard. This dish is served with a roll and butter. An outstanding combination of flavors. Along with our plate we have a changing selection of items, including combo meals with chicken tenders, mac and cheese bites, fries, along with appetizers including pizza logs, all fired up tots, also we will be serving soups and fresh filled cannolis.
