Our new Food Truck will bring the Sun to your event with a delicious selection, which adapts perfectly to your preferences. Our menu has been designed thinking in satisfying all the customers and trying to bring you closer to the typical flavors of our land Our offer includes: • The Traditional “CHIVITO URUGUAYO”, prepared with cow tenderloin, ham, mozzarella, bacon, onions and grilled peppers, olives, pickles, lettuce, tomato, hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise, ketchup and soft freshly baked bread. • The popular Milanesas, which can be: • In a sandwich with soft bread, lettuce, tomato. • Napolitanas with Italian tomato sauce, au gratin with ham and mozzarella and a pinch of oregano. • Our delicious Chorizo Sandwiches. • Complete Provolone cheese (with sautéed vegetables, ham, spices and accompanied with slices of bread). • Skewers of pork or chicken served on a mattress of juiced vegetables.
