Our menu has been designed thinking in satisfying all the customers and trying to bring you closer to the typical flavors of our land Our offer includes: • The Traditional “CHIVITO URUGUAYO”, prepared with cow tenderloin, ham, mozzarella, bacon, onions and grilled peppers, olives, pickles, lettuce, tomato, hard-boiled egg, mayonnaise, ketchup and soft freshly baked bread. • The popular Milanesas, which can be: • In a sandwich with soft bread, lettuce, tomato. • Napolitanas with Italian tomato sauce, au gratin with ham and mozzarella and a pinch of oregano. • Our delicious Chorizo Sandwiches. • Complete Provolone cheese (with sautéed vegetables, ham, spices and accompanied with slices of bread). • Skewers of pork or chicken served on a mattress of juiced vegetables.
