The Latin Lunch Box was a born out of a desire to share the delicious recipes I’ve learned from abuela (grandmother), mom, and family. A former pharmaceutical sales representative and a Puertorriquen from New York I’ve been feeding family and friends at every opportunity. Creating new recipes some work others haven’t. But always striving to serve nothing but the best food. I pride myself in using natural ingredients garlic, onions, cilantro, culantro (an herb widely used in Puerto Rico) along with many others. The secret ingredient to fabulous, phenomenal, and delicious food is to cook with lots of LOVE! My goal is for my customers to taste and know the love I put into every dish. Buen Provecho!
