We specialize in corporate events, venue operations, neighborhood gatherings, wedding catering, large parties, etc, etc, etc. If it involves Great Barbecue, we do it right and we aim to please.

It all started when my great grandfather, John A. Snively, moved from Pennsylvania to Winter Haven, FL to seek a new life. Long story short, he had a little success and his company Snively Groves, Inc. became the largest privately held citrus company in the world in the 1940’s, 50’s & into the 60’s. In the late 1940’s Snively Groves began hosting a large company/citrus industry barbecue and in 1952 my grand father, John A. Snively Jr. developed and served our family barbecue sauce for the first time. It was a BIG HIT and was served at every company barbecue and family event from that point forward. Well, that exact same recipe lives on to this very day and is proudly served by John A. (Jack) Snively IV of Legacy Craft BBQ & Catering Company. Hence the name “Legacy”.
