From our signature grilled chicken and slow roasted mojo pork, to world-renowned Create Your Own TropiChops®, nothing surprises and delights like our fresh-made food served in a Caribbean inspired atmosphere.

We have a Pollo Tropical Food Truck that is currently available to rent for events, parties, offices, hospitals, etc. that can serve your guests from the truck. We have a menu that includes Cuban Sandwiches (Grilled or Crispy Chicken), Chicken or Pork TropiChop® Bowls, Sides, Desserts, and drinks.

Currently, we are available for events anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. There is a truck rental fee and then you would need to choose catering package if you are paying for everyone OR if we sell the items to attendees, we just place our food menu and sell away.
