Taste of Chevere Food Truck is a family own trailer dedicated to elaborating a variety of culinary foods and Traditional Puerto Rican cuisine combined with new flavors.

Our Chef Carlos has experience working in hotels and restaurants for almost 15 years. His main goal is to develop new ideas, and mainly focus on the Puerto Rican Traditional taste; however for Chef Carlos that is not a limitation. With his experience, he believes in a combination of multicultural flavors; with a Puerto Rican twist.

Yarilyn our Manager and co-founder has experience in administration for over 20yr. Her career and passion is in hospitality. Her dream is to be able to build a business that lasts for generations to come.
