Texas Style BBQ served out of our Little Red Wagon: Small Trailer – Big Flavor! All handcrafted on our competition smoker. We offer items like Pulled Pork, Brisket, Home Made Chips & Home Made Queso, Jalapeno Poppers, Pimento Cheese and more. Our menu is always different.

We are available for businesses (we LOVE to park at breweries!) private parties -weddings, house parties and corporate/client appreciation events.

Breweries: we offer mobile ordering so YOUR customers aren’t waiting in OUR line! They can order right from their seat with our QR code & get a text when their order is ready leaving them free to sit and drink. Our interactive Red Wagon provides a unique selfie spot on the side to be sure people are marketing not only our truck, but your business too!
