The Frozen Chosen LLC is a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran-owned and operated company that specializes in offering our guests a delicious custom-created liquid nitrogen ice cream (LNIC). It is our mission to provide the most delicious and delightful ice cream you have ever eaten. Starting off with one LNIC trailer, we aim to be the next generation of what is now known as “traditional ice cream.” Traditional to us is boring, so we are taking new steps to provide a higher quality fresh product and experience to you the consumer. What’s so special about liquid nitrogen ice cream? Liquid nitrogen freezes the ice cream at such a rapid rate it does not allow for large ice crystals to form (like conventional store bought) and eliminates the rough texture felt by the tongue. Our unique and visual process, combined with the freshest ingredients, results in the creamiest ice cream creation you will ever taste! A delightful process and product right before your eyes!
