About

Xurro, was born in the famous Maxwell Street Market in Chicago in 1996 selling freshly made churros out of a trailer. Ramon and Irma Covarrubias with few resources but with big dreams started selling churros while working full time jobs and raising their 4 children. In 2009, when their children all grew up. They got together to expand their parent business. Today Xurro has over 10 locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida. Xurro has been part of many events and a lot of well know festivals. Xurro is now offering Xurro truck products to Florida.
